Our experienced and qualified HR officers will hold return to work meetings with your employees on behalf of your management team when they return to work following periods of sickness absence.
These meetings will take place either virtually via Microsoft Teams, or face to face at school. A record of the discussion will be recorded and provided to enable you to keep a record of the discussion and undertake any recommended action points.
Where your attendance management policy differs to our model policy, we will ensure that the meeting is appropriately aligned and reflective of your process.
