Our investigating officer will:
- agree terms of reference
- interview witnesses
- gather and assess evidence
- provide a final report making timely recommendations
- be available to attend any formal hearing and respond to any questions
If needed, the investigating officer can also:
- provide a summary paper to brief staff, trade unions or other officers on the outcome of the investigation
- attend any employment tribunal as a witness
