Job Information

This job role is split between two schools:-

Tame Valley Academy, a one-form entry primary school in Bromford, East Birmingham and Heathlands Primary Academy, a two-form primary school in Shard End, Birmingham.

Applicants should be highly self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude and the ability to use their own initiative. The capability to lead others as well as working as an effective team member is essential. The successful candidate will thrive on handling a large variety of activities and prioritising urgent tasks. Experience of working in a busy school environment would be beneficial. A commitment and enthusiasm to enhancing our school culture in order to maximise the benefits for children and staff is vital.
