Reaside Academy, a two-form entry Junior school in Frankley/Rubery within South Birmingham, is seeking to employ an experienced Business Manager to work within the school for 2.5 days per week.
Applicants should be highly self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude and the ability to use their own initiative. The capability to lead others as well as working as being an effective team member is essential. The successful candidate will thrive on handling a large variety of activities and prioritising urgent tasks. Experience of working in a busy school environment would be beneficial. A commitment and enthusiasm for creating the right infrastructure to support children and staff is vital.

Shortlisting will take place on 1 October 2024.
Interviews will be held on the 4 October 2024. - This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016). Therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
