Job Information

Hall Green Junior School is a popular and successful four form entry school. The governors wish to appoint a suitably qualified Teaching Assistant on a one year fixed term contract to support our children with Special Educational Needs across Key Stage 2. This role is linked to High Needs Funding and will cease should the funding cease or the child leaves the school.

You will need to have a calm, patient approach, be understanding when supporting the pupils and be flexible to their needs across the school day.

You would assist in the day-to-day preparation, organisation and delivery of learning under the supervision of the class teacher or SENDCo and be responsible for accelerating the progress of specific children.

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016). Therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
