Ninestiles, An Academy is recruiting for a Business Administration Apprentice to help allow for participation in the day-to-day running of the trust.

Training for this qualification will be provided by SCCU Group, an Ofsted good training provider. Tuition is delivered in the workplace and bespoke to the role. Business Administration Level 3 Standard Apprenticeship normally takes 18 months practical with an additional 2-month End Point Assessment period. Qualifications needed are Functional Skills in Maths, English and ICT.

Role Purpose:

  • to gain overall experience within a busy school office environment
  • welcome parents, staff, students and visitors to the school and operate the friendly ‘Open Door’ policy
  • to provide a professional and efficient front of house service to all visitors and stakeholders within the community and wider areas
  • to successfully carry out the full range of duties as a Business Administration Apprentice (answer calls, emails, filing, post distribution etc.)
  • to be a member of the wider administration team and to contribute to the development of whole-school administration and to assist with its delivery
