Summit Learning Trust are looking to appoint a highly motivated Data Manager to join our central Data Team. Good-quality, reliable data underpins everything we do – from delivering excellent teaching and pastoral provision for our learners to offering effective support and professional development opportunities for our colleagues.

You will be at the heart of this.

As part of a central team, you will play a vital role in raising standards and improving outcomes for learners and colleagues across our Trust. Your work will involve managing our data assets, analysing and reporting key insights clearly and concisely. And your findings will shape important decisions that ensure we make a real difference within our academies’ communities and beyond.

You will need to demonstrate:

  • a data-related qualification or relevant experience in a data driven environment
  • exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills; and
  • a passion for working with data, collaborating with others, and your own continuous professional development
