Hodge Hill College is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our school for the role of Achievement Coordinator. This role ensures the support and development of our students' pastoral and academic progress. The successful candidate will be instrumental in monitoring and enhancing pastoral strategies as well as managing the day-to-day leadership of a designated year group.
The role encompasses a range of responsibilities, including offering guidance and support to students, provide leadership and management for a team of tutors and lead the provision of pastoral care to secure excellent teaching and learning so all pupils achieve their potential within an atmosphere in which pupils feel challenged, valued and secure. The successful candidate will also oversee day to day line management of Assistant Achievement Coordinator.
We are seeking a candidate who is deeply committed to the education and welfare of children, possesses strong communication skills, and has the capability to function effectively within a team.
