- Your Role as English Lead:
- as our English Lead with responsibility for writing, you will:
- enhance the Curriculum: Collaborate with school and MAT leaders to create a challenging and engaging English curriculum.
- inspire a Love of Learning: Motivate students and staff alike to develop a lifelong passion for English.
- drive Progress: Set and monitor high standards in English across the school, raising achievement in both reading and writing alongside school leaders.
- engage with Our Community: Work with parents and the broader community to cultivate literacy skills and a love of reading.
- collaborate Effectively: As part of our leadership team, you will receive regular dedicated time to develop initiatives alongside our team and MAT colleagues.
