Thorns Primary School is seeking to appoint an experienced Teaching Assistant Level 3 to work with teachers as part of a professional team to support teaching and learning for SEN pupils. Providing specialist assistance to pupils who need help to overcome barriers to learning, such as those with moderate, severe, profound, and multiple learning difficulties and or behavioural, social, communication, sensory or physical disabilities:-
- to support a pupil with EHCP in an EYFS setting
- experience of both SEND and EYFS is essential
- pathways, 1:1 and group work
- This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016). Therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
