We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed ICT technician to support students within the school.
The successful candidate will:- provide first-line IT support for Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications in schools
- troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on-site and remotely
- assist staff and students with setup, installation, and configuration of ICT equipment
- maintain accurate records of support requests
- collaborate with senior technicians to escalate complex issues when necessary
- conduct routine checks and maintenance of ICT equipment across multiple school locations
- ensure compliance with security policies and best practices
