Job Information

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed ICT technician to support students within the school.

The successful candidate will:

  • provide first-line IT support for Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications in schools
  • troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on-site and remotely
  • assist staff and students with setup, installation, and configuration of ICT equipment
  • maintain accurate records of support requests
  • collaborate with senior technicians to escalate complex issues when necessary
  • conduct routine checks and maintenance of ICT equipment across multiple school locations
  • ensure compliance with security policies and best practices
