We have an exciting opportunity for an established or newly qualified teacher to join our team as a:
Class-Based TeacherWhat we are looking for:
Someone who is able to:- teach cross-curricular subjects to secondary students in a primary style setting
- support the wellbeing and educational needs of young people with SEN
- have a relationships first ethos
- show sensitivity in listening to young people’s situations and the ability to communicate positively and effectively to reach solutions
- work successfully both individually and within a team and be able to make informed decisions
- be caring and understanding and have a calm assertive approach to support resilience in learning
- actively and proactively look ahead, predicting and preventing barriers to success

Our class-based provision is a thriving collection of eleven unique classes of secondary aged students grouped in a primary style provision, each with an amazing cohort of learners and skilled, experienced staff delivering the curriculum in well-resourced learning environment. Our students have a range of needs including Autism, SLD, SL&C, SEMH and they follow different curriculum pathways.What we can offer:
