Job Information

King Edward VI Sheldon Heath Academy is a mixed 11-18 academy serving a vibrant and diverse community. Judged to be Good by Ofsted (February 2023), we are proud of our committed staff and aspirational pupils.

We are looking to appoint a skilled day to day service delivery of the facilities function, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the academy site. Ensuring that the academy site is clean, tidy, fit for purpose and free from any health and safety issues.

You will;

  • be responsible for the service delivery of the overall provision of security, janitorial and cleaning services at the school and associated staff
  • be responsible for the repairs and maintenance of the school site
  • monitor the work of external contractors on site

The successful candidate will be:

  • have experience of managing a team
  • be self-motivated and able to work on own initiative
