We are seeking to appoint a talented, enthusiastic and highly motivated school administrator to join our hard-working office team as soon as possible.
Ladypool is a small, happy, vibrant and diverse primary school with a nursery.
The Role:The role is a busy front facing position within the main office and will involve general office duties with a focus on:
- pupil admissions including the inputting of confidential pupil data, in year transfers, leavers and entering all other related information on to MIS
- daily monitoring of pupil attendance, compiling accurate information when required for the senior leadership team
- to produce accurate letters to prospective parents, agencies and the local authority
- preparation of the school admission applications/packs for Nursery and Reception intake and ensuring all of the completed information is forwarded to the relevant external agencies

The successful candidate will:

- be a skilled administrator, preferably with experience of working in a busy school office and have a good knowledge of both Word and Excel
- have excellent interpersonal, communication, organisational and prioritisation skills and with a high level of oral and written communication skills to join our office team

- This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016). Therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
