Ninestiles, an Academy is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to join our team as a Student Welfare Officer. Working under the Office Manager and alongside our Administrative and Attendance Teams you will be expected to provide a support service to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our learners.

Based in our Student Welfare office you will have a desire to combine an administrative role with working with young people and be calm, patient and able to work under pressure. You will need to sustain a welcoming environment where learners feel able to come knowing that their needs, however small, will be met with understanding and compassion.

As a Student Welfare Officer, you will need to be able and willing to take lead responsibility for first aid (for which a suitable qualification, or the willingness to be trained, is essential). Experience of working with external partners, maintaining positive relationships and an ability to communicate effectively with members of colleagues, learners, careers and parents is crucial.
