Job Information

We seek to appoint a Receptionist to a part-time term time only post at James Watt Primary School in Birmingham to start as soon as possible.

The Successful applicant will be required to:

• provide reception and switchboard support to the school

• provide clerical support to the school’s administrative function

• a working knowledge of Microsoft packages and a knowledge of SIMS would be advantageous

• administer attendance registers each morning and afternoon

• stamping and franking mail

• any other duties as commensurate within the grade of the role

• first aid certificate or a willingness to acquire appropriate training and accreditation

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016). Therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
