We are currently seeking a motivated Premises Manager to join our team at Fairfax Multi-Academy Trust in the Birmingham area.

Main responsibilities include:

  • acting as the lead person to ensure that the day-to-day, routine and non-routine use of the buildings, preparing them for use (e.g. movement of furniture and equipment), including external functions
  • taking delivery of stores, materials etc., storing them securely and arranging for the internal transport of goods to their designated location
  • ensuring heating plant and equipment is efficiently and effectively operated, make adjustments as necessary, and report defects and malfunctions to the Trust Estates and Facilities Manager
This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016). Therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
