Elms Farm Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic, forward thinking individual to join our dedicated Senior Leadership Team to lead Inclusion and be the strategic lead for our wonderful pastoral team. It is essential that you are passionate about meeting the needs of all pupils and have obtained, or are committed to obtaining the National Award for SEN Cos.
Start is negotiable for the right candidate.

We are looking for an innovative leader who:- is committed to our whole school ethos of ‘ambition, community & equality’
- has relevant experience in the primary phase and is dedicated to providing every child with the provision to succeed
- demonstrates excellent teaching and leadership skills
- has experience with pupils with special educational needs and has, or is committed to achieving the SENCo Award is desirable
- has experience in leading pastoral support and being a designated safeguarding leader
- is an excellent communicator who is able to engage with all stakeholders and has enthusiasm for leading and working as part of a team
- has high expectations and a commitment to raising standards through strategic leadership
- is able to organise their workload efficiently
- is able to deal with conflict and problem resolution effectively
- is able to report to stakeholders and act on suggested areas for development independently
- is flexible and works well under pressure
