Do you believe that character development is the backbone of academic success? Then, Warren Farm is the place for you.
Character education is integral to who we are at Warren Farm. We believe that supporting our children to become the best versions of themselves goes beyond academics. Our goal is to nurture, not only successful children, but also well-rounded individuals who demonstrate strong and positive character traits. As a class teacher, you will be instrumental in implementing our Character Curriculum, by integrating Character Education into everyday learning experiences, helping our children understand their role in society and prepare them for their adult lives far beyond the classroom.
An excellent opportunity has arisen for the Governors and Headteacher to appoint a classroom practitioner who will be, or has the potential to be, a high performing member of Warren Farm Primary School. The successful candidate will have the character and potential to provide aspirational and inspirational teaching to support school improvement and play an integral role alongside our current staff in raising standards and outcomes for all pupils. You will be instrumental in delivering an ambitious and engaging curriculum to support the exciting journey of ‘Excellence in Everything’ at Warren Farm Primary School and the community it serves.
The Governing body and Headteacher invite applications from candidates who:
- are, or have the potential to be, excellent class teachers
- demonstrate a clear knowledge and understanding of the National Curriculum
- have a clear philosophy of primary education
- possess the character to effectively implement the school’s culture, vision and values through highly effective aspirational and inspirational teaching
- possess the character to establish excellent relationships with children, parents and the wider school community
- are committed to providing exceptional opportunities for pupil’s positive personal development and academic progress
- set high standards for themselves and others
At Warren Farm, our vision is clear; Excellence in Everything - Achieving greatness that lasts a lifetime. We want to employ the very best teachers and leaders, providing them with the resources and training to be their very best. In doing so, you will have the opportunity to work towards bigger goals and grow both personally and professionally. If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young children - both academically and through character development - we invite you to apply.
