The Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining the smooth running of classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
Under the guidance of our teaching and senior staff, you will:
• supervise whole classes
• implement lesson plans and learning activities
• manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• support pupils with their learning in all phases of the primary curriculum
This is a unique chance to gain valuable experience across all primary phases, working with enthusiastic and engaged children. Flexibility, a positive attitude, and a willingness to adapt to different classroom environments are essential for success in this role.
