Elms Farm Community Primary School is looking for a caring and pro-active learning mentor to support our children to achieve their best and help to support their welfare.

We have an established pastoral team who provide daily support for pupils & families throughout the school. Our learning mentor will work directly with pupils to support their holistic development and provide targeted support for families through Early Help.

We are looking for:

  • somebody who is passionate about the pastoral care of pupils, including those with additional needs
  • someone with experience supporting a range of pupils across the primary phase
  • a confident practitioner, able to support our families and engage the community in wider school events
  • an organised, innovative, confident practitioner with good interpersonal skills
  • a practitioner who understands safeguarding procedures
