We are seeking to appoint a Behaviour Lead who will be responsible for leading on behaviour support within Tile Cross Academy. The successful candidate will have experience of successfully implementing effective behaviour support processes and procedures within a secondary school setting. They will have a track record of impact in improving pupils’ quality of life as a direct result of their support.
Tile Cross Academy is a small and caring 11 to 16 mixed comprehensive school that was created on 1st May 2017 and is part of Washwood Heath Multi Academy Trust and are proud winners of ‘School of the Year’ 2020 and finalists in subsequent years. We are part of Washwood Heath Multi Academy Trust, welcoming students from 11 years old to 16 years old, providing a standard of academic excellence for secondary education.
