The Role – Your Key Responsibilities:
As Head Teacher, you will:

  • lead with vision and purpose – set and drive a clear strategic direction for the school, ensuring outstanding outcomes for all pupils
  • raise standards and achievement – inspire high-quality teaching and learning, creating an engaging and ambitious curriculum
  • develop a culture of excellence – foster a school environment where children feel safe, supported, and challenged to achieve their best

  • engage with the community – build strong partnerships with parents, carers, governors, and the wider community to enrich the school’s provision
