Job Information

Governors are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Administration Assistant to join the existing team in delivering a first class administration service.

The successful candidate will assist the Attendance Officer with data entry and monitoring pupil attendance. They will also perform a range of office duties including answering the telephone, photocopying and filing.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with parents, pupils, visitors and staff and display appropriate levels of confidentiality and child protection.

Applicants will need to support the Catholic ethos of the school and act in a courteous, diplomatic and professional manner.

This is a wonderful opportunity for the right person to join a highly committed team in a large and successful Catholic secondary school and may suit a school/college leaver as full training will be provided. Informal visits to the school are welcome. 

This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016). Therefore the ability to speak fluent and spoken English is an essential requirement for this role.
