We are seeking an exceptional full-time, permanent position of ICT Operations Manager. In this role, you will manage and oversee all aspects of the school's ICT infrastructure, operations, and ICT support team.

The key responsibilities include:

• manage the computer network, systems, and servers on a day-to-day basis

• supervise and lead the technical support team

• provide comprehensive IT support and training to staff

• maintain network security, data protection, and cybersecurity compliance

• manage software licenses, asset database, and consumables stock

• liaise with external agencies and suppliers

• monitor IT developments to advise on future strategies

• manage IT budgets, procurement, and supplier relationships

• develop IT policies, documentation, and disaster recovery plans

With your strong technical skills and management experience, you will ensure our IT systems run smoothly to facilitate outstanding teaching and learning.
