Oasis Academy Foundry is looking to appoint an exceptional Inclusion Lead to join our happy, friendly, and committed senior leadership team.
As an Outstanding school we hold an Inclusion Quality Mark Flagship school, we are committed to delivering outstanding provision for all our pupils and sharing our best practice widely. In our latest Ofsted inspection report (May, 2022) Ofsted described our quality of education as ‘first-class’ and noted that ‘…SEND pupils are well supported to access the same curriculum as other pupils. As a result, all pupils are successful’.
The ideal candidate for this role will be:
- a highly motivated practitioner capable of leading SEND provision across the school
- an Inclusion Lead capable of delivering strategic oversight for safeguarding, attendance and behaviour
- a leader who can work closely with children and parents on a range of interventions and strategies to support and challenge children's learning
- an excellent classroom practitioner able to support staff in planning and delivering high quality teaching and learning to support the needs of differing groups of pupils
