An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and organised professional to join our friendly and dedicated team. We are looking for an organised individual with a proactive strong vision and drive to review and streamline current processes. They will ensure the day-to-day administrative functions are efficient with quality assurance at the forefront of each task.
What we are looking for:
As Office Manager you can expect to work closely with the HR Lead and Senior Leadership Team, you will delegate responsibilities fairly, oversee workload and effectively manage your team in order to contribute to the continuous development of the school. The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, be a forward-thinking strategic professional who is confident in managing staff and bringing others on through performance management.
