Do you have the expertise to teach in our SEND resource base?
Following Department for Education approval, Aston Tower is opening a purpose-built resource base for 16 primary-aged pupils on the autistic spectrum with Education, Health and Care plans. We are looking to appoint an experienced teacher with a successful school-based background in teaching pupils with autism who can work closely with us to create a provision that achieves excellence for these pupils. Aston Tower is a successful two-form entry multi-cultural primary school serving a community that values our work. Our October 2024 Ofsted inspection recognised our outstanding practice.
Aston Tower has also received the Leading Parent Partnership Award for our excellent work in this area. We are very well-resourced, have a large and committed staff team, well-behaved, appreciative pupils, and highly supportive trustees. The school has a happy and vibrant ethos. The school is set in spacious, attractive, and well-maintained modern premises with grounds that offer great potential for learning.
