Job Information

Governors at Barford Primary School would like to appoint a permanent outstanding early years leader.
We would like our early years leader to be part of our ‘Barford family’ and contribute to our journey to support rising standards in our school. Our children would like their deputy to display our Barford Values and uphold our vision and ethos- helping to make our school the best it can possibly be!

The role includes:

  • an exemplary teacher who is highly experienced, enthusiastic, and motivated to share in the leadership and management of our school
  • be a fundamental part of the school senior management team and contribute to driving our school forward by upholding our vision and values in this challenging, rewarding and strategic role at Barford Primary School
  • have leadership experience or be ready to take the next step in their career
  • have high expectations of children’s achievement and behaviour
  • has experience of working with children in an EYFS setting
