A 60 minute bitesize session about what diversity and inclusion means in 2023 and raising awareness and commitment to be more inclusive at work.

Everyone’s Battle, Everyone’s Business (EBEB) is the council’s strategy and action plan for addressing inequalities. Attend this introductory session if you want to increase your own awareness and personal commitment to be more inclusive at work. This is a highly interactive session (be prepared to take part, otherwise the benefits are lost) as we encourage you to deepen your thinking and understanding of what diversity and inclusion means in 2023 and how your own lived experiences shape how you think and act.
