This bitesize training session is designed to help delegates understand what a difficult conversation is, why they are important to have, and practical advice (based on a case study) on how to put the theory into practice.
Outcomes
At the end of the session delegates will be equipped with the knowledge and techniques to help overcome resistance to difficult conversations, to feel more confident and well prepared.
