Agreement has now been reached on rates of pay applicable from 1 April 2022.

The National Joint Council for Local Government Services (NJC) has offered the following as part of the 2022 to 2023 pay award:

  • £1925 increase in pay on all spinal column points
  • national allowances increased by 4.04%
  • an increase of one day to all employee's annual leave entitilement with effect from April 2023

The pay award (processed in November) is back dated to 1 April 2022 for all support staff on NJC contracts.
