The final roll out process of employee self-service accounts took place for 3 days from 3 March 2023.

These invitations have now timed out.  Form raisers should send email addresses, personnel numbers and full name of any employees who still need access to shrsportalhelpdesk@birmingham.gov.uk.  The same process will apply for any new starters, or if current employees need to update their account email address.

Payroll will issue electronic pay slips only from 1 April 2023, other than for employees classified as hard to reach.
