Our investigating officer will:

  • agree terms of reference
  • interview witnesses
  • gather and assess evidence
  • provide a final report making timely recommendations
  • be available to attend any formal hearing and respond to any questions

If needed, the investigating officer can also:

  • provide a summary paper to brief staff, trade unions or other officers on the outcome of the investigation
  • attend any employment tribunal as a witness
