Managing your users
You can manage users by signing in to your account (opens in new window) and selecting the Organisation option, then selecting the Users tab.
This will present you with a list of users, including those who have been invited but have not yet completed their registration.
You will have the following options:
- Revoke: Cancel a pending user’s invitation to set up their account
- Resend: Resend the email invitation to a pending user
- Remove: Remove a user from your organisation
- Edit role: Change a user’s role
Note: When a user is removed they will no longer be able to view any organisation details or cases belonging to the organisation. They will also be unassigned from any cases they were previously assigned to.
